What’s the first thought that comes to your mind when you wake up every day?
Mine is to get my breakfast ready and be healthy all day long.
When you tell someone your daily routine they think you are crazy and ask you how do you find the time to do all those things.
The key is in managing the time.
There is time for everything. 24 hours are more than enough for you to handle your business, eat, sleep, train, and spend time with your family and friends.
I know because I’m doing it.
Here is a “small” motivation for you. The person you are going to see below is Ernestine Shepherd. She is living proof that you are never too old to do something.
She just turned 80 and looked better than ever. The inspiring athlete is different than all of you and shows you that living an elder life doesn’t suppose to be with medications or in a home for senior citizens.
If you all thought that she is doing this for her whole life, Ernestine would tell you that this became a habit later in her life.
She began getting fit after the death of her sister from a brain aneurysm.
This superwoman believes in succeeding in every goal and her motto is “Never Give Up.”
